In today's business, projects are considered as an important part of business operations. Thus, the success of projects has a direct impact on the success of the firm. Researchers and practitioners have been attempting to improve project performance by suggesting and implementing several project management methods and methodologies. The present research is written to answer the question of how to improve Project performance through the consideration of information technology governance and project governance. The research was conducted using a descriptive-survey research method with a sample of 183 employees of Mellat Bank, using a questionnaire, and using structural equation modeling method, using Smart PLS and SPSS software for analyzing data. The research results indicate that both information technology governance and project governance have a positive impact on project performance. These findings provide evidence for project management professionals that information technology governance and project governance are part of an operational strategy to facilitate project success. This research also highlights the importance of strategic alignment between governance and project governance in enhancing project performance.

Educational performance measurement through the identification and analysis of data extracted from learners’ activities can effectively result in the improvement of educational performance. In this Article, data of international learners was analyzed based on design science methodology and using data mining methods. In this regard, domestic and international research has been reviewed over the past decade and the academic and non-academic data of students were clustered into three categories: family, supportive, and academic behavior. After the validation of algorithms outputs and determining the number of optimal clusters in each category, clusters were labeled and analyzed. Analysis of labels presents the experience of success or failure of students and roots of effective performance in each cluster, and the labeling method proposed is a new and applicable method in most of the learning centers for segmenting and formulating the educational performance.

Multi-channel banking have attracted a lot of attention in recent years. So, the design of multi-channel banking services and the identification of the costs of each of these levels, it is an important issue for both banking professionals and researchers in this field. The main concern that this article deals with is how to design a hybrid channels services so that users can afford to use them. This study, by relying on the affordance theory and with the epistemological assumptions in designing the research method, qualitative data has been gathered. In order to collect qualitative data, we have used an in depth-interview with the experts of the banking industry. The results indicate that to improve the users ‘affordance of multi-channel banking, it is possible to consider 15 issues. Topics that can be considered by the user as well as the possible perceptual and lead to higher levels of use. The findings of this research can help experts and senior managers of the banking industry in the design of multi- channels services.

Since information and communications technology has development potentials in all aspects, assessing the impact of IT development on improving the business environment is very important. In this paper, using 2017 global data, 140 countries of the world were divided into 4 clusters with a credit score index of Silhouette 0.705 based on the indicators of e-commerce and e-government development by K-mean method. Based on the results, countries with higher ICT indicators, which often are members of the first cluster, also have higher rankings in business environment indicators. Iran is ranked 124th in doing business and is above of average of the third cluster, but in terms of ICT indicators is in the second cluster. It is suggested that, by studying how to use ICT infrastructures in leading countries, Iran can develop strategies to increase the effectiveness of information technology in improving the business environment.

The valuation of a startup business has always been an important topic in the negotiations between entrepreneurs and investors. An examination of existing research shows that despite the importance of the issue, there is not enough knowledge about this important topic and it is necessary to identify a suitable solution for both entrepreneurs and investors. Recent research works on the valuation of a startup business has emphasized on the fact that the valuation of such businesses is complicated and difficult for a number of reasons. The purpose of this research is to investigate the challenges of the valuation systems of startup IT companies in Iran. Due to the lack of sufficient research works in this regard in Iran, also the hidden aspects of the problem and the differences between qualitative and quantitative research methods, this research required a qualitative research approach. At first, the literature related to this field was reviewed and quantitative and qualitative models of the valuation of the startup companies were investigated. By qualitative method and using interviews with valuation and investment experts, information on how to valuate the startup information technology companies in Iran and the weaknesses and challenges of this process were gathered. The interviews were analyzed using thematic analysis method, and after analyzing the interviews, 3 main themes (The current state of valuation of start-up companies in Iran, Challenges to achieving a native application model for valuing startups, Challenges of valuation of startups in Iran) and 12 subthemes were identified.

The objective of present article is to study the effect of knowledge management considering mediating role of organizational factors. This is an empirical research and the research method is descriptive survey. Research statistical population consists of 5480 staffs of Bank Melli Iran located in Tehran. Also, a random sample of 336 persons was selected using Kredjcie-Morgan Table. Data was collected using a questionnaire and they were analyzed by SPSS and LISREL software. The obtained results show that CRM technology, knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and customer orientation variables have significant impact on the success of customer relationship management (CRM).
